The special hydrogen-vacuum
equipment for investigation of kinetics of hydrogen-induced diffusive phase
(HIDP) transformations in R2Fe14B (R - Nd,
Pr, Dy, Er and other rare-earth metals) and R2Fe17
(R - Y, Sm and other rare-earth metals)
type hard magnetic alloys (Laboratory of Magnetic Materials of the Laboratory of
Hydrogen Interaction with Materials) was constructed at first by S.B. Rybalka
and then modifyed by V.A. Didus and E.A. Dodonova. This equipment allows to
carry out investigation of kinetics of HIDP-transformations in hard
magnetic alloys of this type in hydrogen atmosphere (up to 2 MPa), vacuum (10-2
Torr) and temperatures range from 300 up to 900oC by special
Sadikov's magnetometrical method [1].
